Document Delivery

 
Purpose:
Use this page to securely transmit documents to the Oklahoma Securities Commission, the Oklahoma Department of Securities, or the Invest Ed Program.
Security:
The process is handled by ShareFile using SSL/TLS encryption protocols during transfer and AES 256-bit encryption while in storage. This ensures the privacy of confidential files during transfer and in storage.
How to upload files:
  1. Enter your e-mail address, name, and company information in the fields provided. If you know the name of the employee to receive these files, enter it in the Recipient Name field. You must complete all fields marked with a red asterisk.
  2. Either drag and drop files from your computer's file explorer program or select the Browse Files option and navigate to the files on your computer.
  3. After pressing Upload, you will see a status box showing the progress of your uploaded files. When all selected files have been uploaded, you will see a green "Uploaded" tag indicating that your File(s) uploaded successfully.
